Analisis Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (Doms) Pasca Latihan Beban Pada Atlet Panahan Science Archery School

Latihan beban memberi manfaat meningkatkan performa kualitas kebugaran fisik atlet. sering terjadi pada atlet setelah melakukan proses latihan ialah delayyed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). DOMS rasa nyeri atlet/ orang biasanya terasa rentang waktu 24-72 jam pasca melaksanakan aktivitas beban. Riset/penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis status tingkatan dialami karena berlatih Sampel yakni merupakan Panahan Science Archery School berjumlah 20 serta dipilih secara random dengan syarat dan kriteria berjenis kelamin laki-laki berusia 13-16 tahun, tidak sedang menderita cedera. Semua sampel lat pulldown, banch press shoulder sebanyak 12 Repetisi, 3 set, 60-90 detik istirahat setiap setnya. Pengukuran menggunkana Visual Analog Scale (VAS) dilaksanakan 48 Hasil data riset ditabulasi dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Simpulan sesudah diselenggarakan kategori yang mengalami kondisi sangat berat berjumalah 10 porsentasi (50%), 5 (25%), (15%), ringan 2 (10%), 0 (0%).
